need... life isn't a movie—there's

This
is a 10-day investment over a 6 to 12 month period. Some of those
days are spent in the classroom, providing you and the
other employees with an opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge
and attitudes that are critical for success. Others are spent in
the workplace coaching individuals and teams towards improvement.
In between each learning event, you have the opportunity to apply
your new skills, knowledge and attitudes in the real world—your
workplace. And each time we reconvene, you will get a chance to
celebrate your successes and share your on-going challenges.
