Deb combines
her degrees in Human Ecology and Recreation Studies with her

working with people in the public and non profit sectors, leading

Cucuil worked in the
insurance industry for over thirty years, progressing from a
small town broker to working for the largest
Insurance Company in the world. She built her career through supporting
and collaborating with executives to identify and capitalize on
their own unique “professional styles”. This led her
to eventually working with the top sales producers in the Canadian
Insurance Industry and taking on other responsibilities such as
training employees, managing the successful implementation of professional
standards, customer service, sales and Personal and Business Coaching
roles.
As an active community
leader, one of Cucuil’s accomplishments
was that she served as President, Area Governor and as a Division
Governor for Toastmaster International. She also was a featured
writer for the Quarterly Adjusters Insurance Magazine on matters
of time management, organization skills, leadership and other aspects
of personal performance.
Since 2004 Cucuil has
focused her professional development and career on Personal and
Business Coaching. She is a graduate of
Coach University and Corporate Coach University, a premier training
program for coaches. Cucuil has now transitioned into private practise.
She provides the same level of support and guidance that senior
executives in the world’s top insurance companies, their
employees, the community service organizations and others that
she supported, valued so dearly.

backgrounds is based upon an already demonstrated set of skills,
